I am the maintenance person in “Dyreparken Overnatting – ABRA HAVN” located in Kristiansand Norway.

Abra Havn is a hotel with normal capacity approx 750 people (max capacity is 1050). In the June, july and August there are every day more than 700 people staying here. It is mostly families and that results (lead to) in a heavy use of windows. The use is not always done in according to the user manual but they are working as they should do. So I am impressed how good your product is. In cases where the windows need to be adjusted or changed we coordinate with Key Account Manager and your service people come over and do the necessary work quickly and professional, very skilled guys.
