CUSTOMER SERVICE CLAIM FORM

Complaints for Venta Windows products are registered through the claim form by clients. For private customers, we recommend reporting complaints to the dealers directly. This ensures the claim is registered correctly.  

• Private customer follows Consumer Purchase Act
• Professional customers follow NS-8409 and the Purchase Act
• Photographs of defects should always be attached to ensure the most accurate perception of problem
• In case of transport damages, copies of the signed shipping documents with description of damages and pictures of it should be always attached
• When filling the claim form, please specify exact positions from the order (e.g. W1/YD1)
